Getting Real with Rosacea
Rosacea (pronounced "roh-ZAY-sha") is a super common skin disease that mainly affects people over the age of 30. If you’re part of the lucky population living with rosacea (sense our sarcasm), you know that it causes redness on your nose, cheeks, chin and forehead, and even occasionally shows up on the neck, chest, scalp or ears. Some people also get little bumps and pimples on the red parts of their faces.

Rosacea is often categorized by flare-ups and remissions. Over time, the redness can become ruddier and more persistent (ugh!) while visible blood vessels may also start to appear. We always recommend you work with your doctor who can diagnose and treat you accordingly, but gentle, purifying products and treatments can also help restore calm to rosacea-inflicted skin.
